I HAVE LIMITED TIME 🙁

I know you have. I’m mom of two kids and I know how hard is to find some time for yourself. But don’t worry, training takes only about 30 minutes and we won’t practise every day. The life balance is very important part of my training. You don’t need to go anywhere, you can stay at home, just find some place where you feel comfortable and we are ready to GO!

LOSE THE SHOES!

Yes, you hear me right! Barefoot training is much better, you will have better control over your body, it will activate more muscles during workout and it’s perfect for you health. That’s why I encourage you to train with me on barefoot, you will feel the difference.
